World of Airports

World of Airports is a strategy game in which players assume the role of an air traffic controller who must ensure that planes arrive safely at the airport and follow all the necessary steps so the airport functions as it should.

The way World of Airports works is as follows: in the main menu, you will have a general overview of the airport and this is where you will control all the comings and goings. On the radar at the top right of the screen you can see which planes are flying overhead, ready to land on the runways. Once they begin to land, you will have to assign them a space on the runway. This will take quite some time, as the game aims to be realistic in its design and in terms of timing.

When the plane lands, you will have to guide it to the runway and get it to stay within its quadrant. To do this you control a little character with two red lights to guide the pilot until the plane is properly parked. Then, the disembarkation will begin: first you will have to move the stairs to the plane doors, then you will have to call the bus to take the passengers. After that, you will have to clean the plane, refuel it and get it ready for its next journey.

With the money you earn from the various operations you can get more airlines to land at your facilities. You can even improve every aspect of the airport and turn it into a high-level international airport.

World of Airports is an entertaining game, which starts a little slow because you only work with one plane and the times can feel very long, but it gets more entertaining the more you play.
